We must realize their is a hurting soul behind those kind of actions that Jesus wants to heal.
More than 50% of Transgender youth will attempt suicide at least once before their twentieth birthday (20th) birthday. There is a risk of one (1) in twelve (12) that a transgender woman will be killed by a cisgender (straight person). The risk is even higher and goes up to one (1 ) in eight (8) if she is a trans person of color.
They were already hurting before they made such a drastic decision. Now, they are hurting worse. Please be sensitive to this fact. Prayer & Christ Jesus are the answer.
We also must remember not to be like the Pharisees and teachers of the law. Matthew 23:13-14 "You Pharisees and teachers of the Law of Moses are in for trouble! You’re nothing but show-offs. You lock people out of the kingdom of heaven. You won’t go in yourselves, and you keep others from going in."
